复合脉冲磁性治疗仪治疗小儿喘息性疾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复合脉冲磁性治疗仪治疗小儿喘息性疾病的效果。方法:收治小儿喘息性疾病患儿300例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各150例,对照组给予止咳平喘、化痰方式进行治疗,治疗组给予复合脉冲磁性治疗仪进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组肺部啰音消失时间明显提前(P<0.05),喘息缓解时间明显缩短(P<0.05),平均住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),总有效率96.7%。结论:复合脉冲磁性治疗小儿喘息性疾病临床观察有效,无痛苦,安全、方便。Objective:To observe the effect of composite pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of infant asthmaillness.Methods:300 children with infant asthma illness were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control groupand the treatment group with 150 cases in each.The control group was given relieving cough and asthma,dissipating phlegm fortreatment.The treatment group was given composite pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus for treatment.The treatment effects oftwo groups were compared.Results:Combined with the control group,the pulmonary rale disappear time of the treatment group wassignificantly advanced(P<0.05);the wheezing remission time was significantly shortened(P<0.05);the average hospital stay wassignificantly shortened(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7% .Conclusion:The clinical observation of composite pulsemagnetic therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of infant asthma illness is effective.It is painless,safe and convenient.
