摘 要:目的:建立一套应用核磁(MRI)数据进行乳房内PAHG体积计算的方法,并验证该方法的精确性。方法:将MRI数据导入Mimics软件,对PAHG区域进行三维重建,获得PAHG的体积。选取PAHG注射隆乳患者10名,由3位操作者采用该方法进行可重复性测定,每位患者测量10次,从而验证该体积测量方法的精确性。结果:不同测量者所测量的乳房内PAHG的体积之间无显著地统计学差异(P=0.173);每个测量者每次测量的体积之间的相关系数为0.964。结论:采用Mimics软件通过核磁数据三维重建测量乳房内PAHG的体积是一种精确性很高的方法。Objective Establish a method to estimate the volume of PAHG on the basis of MRI scans and monitor the reliabilityand precision of it. Methods The MRI images of ten randomly chosen patients were imported to the Mimics software. And thevolumes were gotten after three-dimensional reconstruction of injected PAHG. Three residents estimated the volumes of PAHG10 times for each patient using this method to check the precision and observe independency of this method. Results Thereis no significantly difference between the 3 observers about the calculated volumes of the PAHG injected(P =0.173).The intraobserverscorrelation coefficient is 0.964. Conclusion Calculation of volume of PAHG using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in combination with Mimics software appears to be a precise method.
