果酸联合中药倒模治疗中度痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察果酸联合中药倒模治疗中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将符合入选标准的129例患者随机分为三组：联合治疗组43例、对照1组43例、对照2组43例，分别予果酸联合中药倒模治疗、单纯果酸治疗及单纯中药倒模治疗，治疗8周后观察疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为76.74%，对照1组有效率为55.81%，对照2组有效率51.16%，联合治疗组与对照1组及对照2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.21及6.10，均P＜0.05)。结论：果酸联合中药倒模治疗中度痤疮疗效显著，可临床推广。Objective To assess the efficacy of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) combined with Chinese medicinal linimentpourmask in the treatment of moderate acne. Methods 129 cases up-to-standard patients with moderate acne were dividedrandomly into three groups,each group 43 cases. The patients of treatment group were treated with hydroxy acids combined withchinese medicinal liniment pourmask.The control group 1 were treated with alpha hydroxy acids only and the control group 2were treated with chinese medicinal liniment pourmask only, The clinical efficacy were assessed after 8 weeks. Results Thetotal effective rate of three group was 76.74%, 55.81% and 51.16% respectively. The difference of treatment group and twocontrol group was statistically significant(χ2 =4.21 and 6.10, all P <0.05). Conclusion The effective of combined group wasbetter than the AHAs group and the chinese medicinal liniment pourmask group in the treatment of moderate acne.
