摘　　要：目的：探讨皮肤激光美容术后患者的防晒护理要点。方法：对接受皮肤激光美容术的患者实施防晒护理，观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果：接受激光治疗的患者共189例。179例（94.71%）患者原有皮损减轻或消退。无患者发生光敏反应。21例（11.11%）出现色素沉着，1～3个月左右消退，8例（4.23%）出现复发。结论：皮肤激光美容术后实施合理的防晒护理，可以预防术后不良反应，减少皮损复发，是取得良好治疗效果的关键。Objective To investigate the key points of sun-protection nursing for patients after laser cosmetic treatment.Methods Sun-protection measures were implemented after laser cosmetic treatment. The therapeutic effects and adversereactions were observed. Results A total of 189 patients were treated. 179 (94.71%) cases showed improvement ordisappearance of skin lesions. No case had photosensitivity reaction. Twenty-one cases (11.11%) presented skin discolorationwhich disappeared within one to three months, and eight (4.23%) cases had recurrence. Conclusion Sun-protection nursingperformed after laser cosmetic treatment can prevent postoperative adverse reactions, reduce the recurrence of skin lesion, andis crucial for good therapeutic effect.
