摘　　要：目的:总结皮瓣移植的围手术期护理。方法:对51例皮瓣移植的患者进行术前常规准备、心理护理、术后皮瓣的密切观察以及并发症的观察处理。结果:51名患者发生1例静脉危象,经过治疗和护理后皮瓣成活。结论:防止血管危象是皮瓣移植成功的关键,系统完善的护理措施提高了手术的成功率。Objective To summarize experiences in the perioperative nursing of skin flap transplantation. Methods 51 patientswith skin flap transplantation were given routine preoperation preparations, mental nursing, closely postoperative observation,and observation and treatment of complications. Results 50 patients had an excellent prognosis, whereas venous crisisoccurred in one case. However, the flap developed well by correct treatment and monitoring and nursing timely. ConclusionThe prevention of vascular crisis is critical to skin flap transplantation, and high-quality nursing services are contributed toimprove the success of the surgery.
