摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的妇科疾病,大多数患者存在胰岛素抵抗。研究显示,PCOS患者合并糖代谢异常的发生率高,常导致2型糖尿病提前发生,对女性的健康造成威胁。现对PCOS患者糖代谢异常的可能发病机制进行阐述,为PCOS患者远期并发症的防治提供理论依据。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common gynecological disease,and most patients have insulin resistance.Studies have shown that the incidence rate of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with PCOS is high,and PCOS often leads to the occurrence of type 2 diabetes in advance that pose a threat to the health of women.The possible pathogenesis of abnormal glucose metabolism in PCOS patients is described,which provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the long-term complications of PCOS patients.
