摘　　要：目的:探讨阿司匹林治疗心脑血管疾病的效果。方法:收治心脑血管疾病患者280例,采用阿司匹林治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:阿司匹林治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛56例,不稳定性心绞痛43例,急性心肌梗死57例,缺血性脑卒中65例,高血压59例。主要不良反应为哮喘、胃肠道反应及药物合用。结论:阿司匹林治疗心脑血管疾病的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:280 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were selected.They were treated with aspirin,and we observed the treatment effect.Results:Aspirin was used in the treatment of 56 cases of chronic stable angina pectoris,43 cases of unstable angina pectoris,57 cases of acute myocardial infarction,65 cases of ischemic stroke,59 cases of hypertension.The main adverse reactions were asthma,gastrointestinal reaction and drug combination.Conclusion:The effect of aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was significant.
