鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收治类风湿性关节炎患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:两组治疗后关节痛VAS评分、握力、晨僵时长、关节肿胀数量明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后关节痛VAS评分、握力、晨僵时长、关节肿胀数量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率7.5%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional treatment.The experiment group was treated with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection based on the control group.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The joint pain VAS scores,grip strength,duration of morning stiffness,number of swelling joint in the two groups after treatment were obviously better than before treatment (P<0.05).The joint pain VAS scores,grip strength,duration of morning stiffness,number of swelling joint in the experiment after treatment were obviously better than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experiment group was 7.5% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis had significant clinical effect and high safety.
