个体化选择透析器在维持性血液透析中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨个体化选择透析器在维持性血液透析中的应用效果。方法：收治高通量透析器FX80透析后出现低血压、心律失常的患者25例，给予常规透析，观察透析效果。结果：18例患者第1次改用FX8透析器未发生低血压、心律失常症状，7例患者使用2～4次后不再出现低血压、心律失常症状。结论：个体化选择透析器可以提高血液透析质量，提高透析依从性，减少并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the application effect of individual choice dialyser in maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:25 cases of patients with hypotension,arrhythmia after treated with high flow hemodialysis FX80 dialysers were given routine dialysis and the dialysis effect was observed.Results:18 cases of patients with the first FX8 dialysers did not have symptoms of hypotension and arrhythmia;7 cases of patients did not had symptoms of hypotension and arrhythmia after 2～4 times of FX8 dialysers.Conclusion:Individual choice dialyser could improve the quality of hemodialysis,improve dialysis compliance and reduce the incidence of complications.
