血必净治疗手足口病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血必净治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:收治手足口病患者228例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规抗病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予血必净注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组退热时间、皮疹消退时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.4%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血必净治疗手足口病疗效显著,能缩短病程,降低死亡率。Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect observation of xuebijing injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:228 cases of patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.The control group was given conventional anti-viral therapy,and the treatment group was treated with xuebijing injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The fever clearance time,erythra regression time,hospital stays in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of xuebijing in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease was significant,which could shorten the course and reduce the mortality rate.
