摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在预防下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓的应用效果。方法:收治下肢骨折术后患者86例,分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质的综合护理,比较两组深静脉血栓并发情况与护理满意度。结果:观察组深静脉血栓并发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质的综合护理能够降低下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓的形成,显著提高了护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:86 cases of patients with lower limb fracture after operation were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given high quality comprehensive nursing.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality comprehensive nursing could reduce the deep vein thrombosis of lower limb fracture,and improve the nursing satisfaction significantly.
