摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法:收治行无痛胃肠镜的患者110例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理,比较两组并发症发生率和满意度。结果:观察组优质护理干预后护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者,可降低麻醉后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:120 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were selected.They were random divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine care.The observation group were given quality care on the basis of conventional care.The two groups of patients with the incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared.Results:The observation group of patients with high quality nursing care in patients with higher satisfaction than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction degree of patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.
