摘　　要：依托智慧武汉时空信息云平台,采用时空大数据、云计算、物联网等科技手段,建立了武汉市统一的社会管理创新平台。以时空大数据为基础,按照网格化管理的思想,整合公安、计生、民政、人社、卫生等部门的人口、法人和社会经济信息,将各类资源纳入全市统一平台,建立了市、区、街、社区、网格5级联动机制,实现了精确、敏捷、高效、全时段、全方位覆盖的社会管理与服务,为武汉中心城市、和谐城市、幸福城市的建设提供一体化的信息支撑。Relying on the Smart Wuhan spatio-temporal information cloud platform, using spatio-temporal big data, cloud computing, IOT and other technologies, we established a unified city social management innovation platform of Wuhan City. Based on spatio-temporal big data, according to grid management thinking, integration of public security, family planning, demographic information, legal and socio-economic information and other data of civil affairs, corporation, health and other sectors, we brought the types of resources into the Wuhan City's unified platform, and established a City, District, Street, Community and grid five levels linkage mechanism.
