摘　　要：针对自然灾害信息服务范围广、数据种类多的问题,设计了一种多源多维自然灾害地理信息快速发布机制;并综合利用WebGIS、RIA、三维GIS等技术,基于天地图开发了自然灾害地理信息发布系统,实现了多源多维自然灾害数据的快速发布与集成展示。According to the facts that the natural disaster information service has a wide range of application, and variety of data types, this paper designed a publishing mechanism for the multi-source and multi-dimension natural disaster geographical information. Based on the MapWorld, the paper used WebGIS, RIA and 3D GIS to develop the geographical information publishing system for natural disaster, which fulfilled the function of rapid publishing and integrated visualization for the multi-source and multi-dimension natural disaster data.
