延续护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者PCI后生存质量及自我管理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（CHD）患者PCI后生活质量和自我管理的影响。方法以2014年6月～2015年6月在陕西中医药大学附属医院接受PCI的CHD患者为观察对象，并根据手术编号随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例，对照组给予出院常规护理，观察组给予延续护理干预，干预时间为6个月。采用慢性病自我管理研究调查表、SF-36生活质量调查问卷对两组患者干预前后生活质量和自我管理水平进行评价。结果干预前，两组患者自我管理总分及各维度得分无明显差别；干预后，两组患者的上述指标均较干预前增高，且观察组增高更明显（P＜0.05）；两组患者干预前生活质量得分无明显差别；干预后，两组患者生活质量均升高，且观察组升高更明显（P＜0.05）；自我管理水平各维度得分与生活质量各维度得分呈明显正相关关系（P＜0.05）。结论延续护理可明显改善CHD患者PCI后的自我管理水平，提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of continuing nursing care on quality of life (QOL) and self management in patients with CHD after PCI. Methods The patients were chosen from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2015 and randomly divided into control group and observation group (each n=40). The control group was given routine nursing care and observation group was given continuing nursing care for 6 m. QOL and self-management level were reviewed by applying Chronic Disease Self-Management Study Questionnaire and the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). Results There were no significantly differences in total scores and all dimensions of self-management between 2 groups before the intervention. After the intervention, scores of self-management and all dimensions increased in 2 groups and increased more significantly in observation group (P<0.05). The scores of QOL had no significant difference before the intervention and increased after the intervention in 2 groups,which was more significantly in observation group (P<0.05). The scores of self-management and scores of QOL was positively correlated to each other (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing care can significantly improve the self-management level and QOL in CHD patients after PCI.
