摘　　要：物流标准化体系的建设与实施对辽宁省物流产业的发展,以及物流产业国际化都具有深远的意义。文中研究了辽宁省物流标准化体系建设的意义,在参考国家标准体系编制原则、国际标准化组织的相关标准以及美国和欧洲等国家相关领域标准化文献的基础上,又结合辽宁省经济发展特色,并重点参考对企业的实地调查结果,制定辽宁省物流标准化体系框架。最后提出了辽宁省物流标准体系建设与实施的对策,具体包括:健全物流标准体系框架、加强物流标准的衔接配套、开展物流标准化试点示范工作及加强指导和组织协调等。Logistics standardization system construction and implementation for the development of logistics industry in liaoning province, and the international logistics industry has far-reaching significance. This paper studies the significance of logistics standardization system construction of liaoning province, in reference to the national standard system establishment principle, the international organization for standardization of related standards and standardization of the United States and Europe and other countries related literature, on the basis of the features and combining with the economic development in liaoning province, and the reference for the field survey results of the enterprise, make the logistics standardization system framework of liaoning province. This paper finally puts forward the countermeasures of liaoning province logistics standard system construction and implementation, including: the logistics standard system framework, strengthen the cohesion of form a complete set of logistics standard, logistics standardization pilot demonstration work and strengthen the guidance and coordination, etc.
