摘  要:莱钢通过系统分析板坯连铸机保护浇注存在的问题,查找影响保护浇注的关键因素,研制开发了防止钢水浇注过程中二次氧化的钢包长水口弥散立体式氩气密封环、中间包弧形预埋式吹氩包盖、钢包无氧化开浇新技术、冲击区三重全封闭保护技术、中间包水口全封闭氩气保护机构等保护浇注新技术,有效减少了钢水浇注过程中的二次氧化,增加了连铸机保护浇注的可靠性,大幅提高了DDQ等超低碳钢的产品质量,钢水浇注过程增氮量由以前的5ppm降低至2ppm以内,超低碳钢连浇炉数由平均4炉提高至10炉以上,深冲用冷轧钢带四类夹杂物0.5级以内达到92%以上。The analysis of the existing problems of protection casting slab continuous casting machine through the system, find the key factors affecting the protection casting, was developed to prevent the two oxidation process of pouring molten steel in ladle nozzle dispersion solid argon seal ring, tundish arc embedded argon blowing ladle cover,non oxidation casting technology, the impact of the new three heavy closed protection technology, tundish nozzle closed argon protection mechanism protection new technology pouring, effectively reduces the two oxidation process of pouring molten steel in continuous casting machine, increase the reliability of protection casting, a substantial increase in the DDQ ultra low carbon steel product quality, increasing the amount of nitrogen from molten steel pouring process before 5 ppm decreased to less than 2 ppm, ultra-low carbon steel continuous casting heats by an average of 4 to 10 above the furnace furnace, cold rolled steel strip for four types of inclusions than level 0.5 reached more than 92% deep drawing.
