摘 要:以百里香为原料提取多糖,多糖的含量采用硫酸-苯酚法测定。通过单因素法和正交实验的方法确定百里香多糖的最佳提取条件。单因素分别选取了时间、温度、物料比,确定了对百里香多糖提取的最优单因素条件,进行了正交实验,确定了综合因素。确定利用弱酸弱碱进行提取优化,再提取纯化多糖,进行抗氧化性研究。Polysaccharide was extracted from thyme, and then was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by single factor method and orthogonal test. Time, temperature and material ratio was selected as single factor, the optimal single factor of extraction was determined. The orthogonal test was carried out and the composite factors were obtained. Polysaccharide was extracted from thyme with weak acid and weak base. After purification, the antioxidant research of polysaccharide was carried out.
