生金平喘汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿毛细支气管炎经生金平喘汤治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2014年2月～2016年1月收治的毛细支气管炎患儿86例，随机将患儿分为对照组与观察组，每组分别有43例患儿。对照组采取常规西医治疗，观察组采用常规西医联合生金平喘汤治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果、住院时间、症状消失时间。结果：（1）观察组的治疗有效患儿为42例，总有效率为97.67%，对照组的治疗有效患儿为34例，总有效率为79.07%，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）观察组的住院、肺部啰音消失、喘息消失、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：小儿毛细支气管炎在常规西药治疗的基础上，给予生金平喘汤治疗，能够取得更显著的疗效。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bronchiolitis by asthma golden soup treatment.Methods:86 cases of acute bronchiolitis in our hospital,admitted time is from February 2014 to January 2016.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 patients in each group,respectively.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,observation group with conventional Western medicine combined with asthma golden soup treatment compared two groups of children treatment,hospitalization time,the symptoms disappear time.Results:The effective treatment of children,(1) Observation group of 42 cases,the total effective rate was 97.67%,effective treatment of children in the control group of 34 cases,the total effective rate was 79.07%,compared to statistically significant(P<0.05).Hospitalization,pulmonary rales;(2) Observation group disappeared,disappeared wheezing,coughing disappeared were shorter than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchiolitis basis of conventional western medicine on giving asthma golden soup treatment,it is possible to achieve more significant effect.
