摘　　要：目的：分析优质护理服务在肿瘤病房实施过程中对护理质量的影响，为临床护理工作提供有价值参考。方法：收集2015年4月1日～2016年4月1日我院肿瘤病房收治的患者120例，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理模式，实验组采用优质护理服务模式，比较两组护理效果。结果：实验组并发症发生率、护患纠纷发生率（1.67%）、（1.67%）明显低于对照组（13.33%）、（6.67%），实验组护理总满意率93.33%，明显高于对照组78.33%，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在肿瘤病房实施优质护理服务，能够降低患者并发症发生率和护患纠纷发生率，同时对促进护患关系和谐、提升护理质量有一定积极作用。Objective: To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service on the quality of nursing in the process of implementing the cancer ward,and to provide valuable reference for clinical nursing work.Methods:Collect and analyze the 2015 on April 1,April 1,to 2016 in our hospital oncology ward were in 50 patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received the routine nursing,the experimental group with high quality nursing service mode and compared between the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the experimental group,the complication rate,nurse patient dispute rate(4.0%),(4.0%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.0%),(16.0%).In the experimental group,nursing satisfaction rate was 92.0% was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.0%,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the oncology ward of the implementation of high quality nursing service to reduce the complication rate and nurse patient dispute,and to promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,improve nursing quality has certain positive role,it is worth for clinical use.
