摘 要:目的:分析内蒙古乌兰察布地区3~14岁儿童先天性心脏病(先心病)流行病学特征。方法:对23397名幼儿园及小学1~4年级儿童进行筛查、复筛、心脏彩超确诊3个阶段进行调查。将本地区的患病率进行对比。结果:结果显示,2010~2015年共筛查人数达23397人次,检查出先心病患儿122人,不同地区阳性率不同,商都县为4.17‰、凉城3.9‰、丰镇5.1‰,四子王旗6.9‰、察右中旗6.8‰。结论:先心病的发病率与自然条件、经济水平、医疗条件、文化素养、生活习惯等因素有关。Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of congenital heart disease between 3-14 age of children in Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu region.Methods:23397 children of kindergarten and primary school were screened,rescreened and echocardiography diagnosed,three stages of the investigation.Compared the prevalence in this region.Results:The results show that 122 were find out with congenital heart disease 23,397 children,We also found that different positive rate in different regions,Shangdu was 4.17 ‰,Liangcheng was 3.9 ‰,Fengzhen was 5.1 ‰,Siziwangqi was 6.9 ‰,and Chayouzhongqi was 6.8 ‰.Conclusion:This result indicates that the incidence of congenital heart disease due to the natural conditions,economic level,medical conditions,cultural awareness,habits,etc.
