经导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的治疗效果。方法 60例下肢深静脉血栓患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规抗凝治疗,观察组在常规抗凝治疗的基础上联合经导管溶栓治疗。比较两组治疗前后的下肢周径差和治疗效果。结果观察组大腿周径差为(6.9±1.9)cm、小腿周径差为(5.0±2.6)cm,明显大于对照组的(5.5±1.9)、(3.5±1.5)cm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.3168,P<0.05)。结论经导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的治疗效果确切,能够有效地缓解下肢深静脉血栓的症状,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。Objective To investigate curative effect by transcather thrombolytic therapy for lowerextremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosiswere randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The controlgroup received conventional anticoagulation therapy, and the observation group received additional transcatherthrombolytic therapy to conventional anticoagulation for combination. Comparison was made on lower extremitycross-section diameter differences and curative effects before and after treatment between the two groups. ResultsThe observation group had obviously larger thigh cross-section diameter difference as (6.9±1.9) cm and cruscross-section diameter difference as (5.0±2.6) cm than (5.5±1.9) and (3.5±1.5) cm in the control group. Theirdifference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had higher total effective rate as 93.33%than 60.00% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (χ2=9.3168, P<0.05). ConclusionTranscather thrombolytic therapy provides precisely curative effect for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Thismethod can effectively relieve lower extremity deep vein thrombosis symptoms, and it is worth widely clinicalapplication and promotion.
