浅析幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的中医临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究分析中医治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床效果。方法 100例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各50例。观察组使用中药治疗,对照组使用洛赛克、吗丁啉口服治疗。4周后对比临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治愈31例,显效10例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率为96%;对照组治愈26例,显效7例,有效7例,无效10例,总有效率为80%。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床效果好,安全性高,可以推广使用。Objective To study and analyze clinical effect by traditional Chinese medicine treatment forhelicobacter pylori-related gastritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with helicobacter pylori-related gastritiswere randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The observationgroup received traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the control group received oral administration ofomeprazole and domperidone for treatment. Clinical effects were compared after 4 weeks between the two groups.Results The observation group had 31 cured cases, 10 cases with excellent effect, 7 effective cases and 2ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 96%. The control group had 26 cured cases, 7 cases with excellenteffect, 7 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 80%. The observation group hadhigher total effective rate than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatmentprovides excellent clinical effect for helicobacter pylori-related gastritis, with high safety. It is worth promotingand applying.
