摘 要:提出了一种适用于小型风力发电系统的具有高电压增益的整流变换器,该变换器在传统的三相单开关电路的基础上,在三相交流输入侧每相引入1个带有开关电容组的反激式倍压单元,倍压单元的输出电压与主电路输出电压相叠加,使变换器可以获得较高的电压增益,因此具有良好的低风速运行特性。该整流器工作在电流断续模式,并且具有固有功率因数校正的功能,交流输入电流畸变得到抑制。通过实验验证了理论分析的可靠性。A novel AC/DC converter with high voltage gain suitable for small-scaled wind power generationsystem was proposed. Based on the traditional three-phase single-switched Boost circuit,the converter introduced aflyback cell with switched capacitors for each phase into the AC input side. High voltage gain was obtained becausethe output voltage of flyback cells and that of the main circuit part will be added together,and outstandingperformance under low wind speed was also achieved. The converter worked under discontinuous current mode andcould realize power factor correction,thus the distortions in the input current was restrained. At last,experiments wereimplemented to verify the theoretical analysis.
