中国体育仲裁研究热点与前沿解析——基于科学知识图谱的方法

摘　　要：运用可视化分析法就我国体育仲裁研究的外部特征、热点问题及发展趋势等进行研究,结果表明:当前,我国体育仲裁研究人员主要集中在一些综合性院校的法学院,高产作者间的联系并不密切,学科渗透分化突出;研究热点倾向于国际体育仲裁领域,本土化研究关注不足;未来关注的前沿焦点是运动员参赛资格和权益的保护、竞技体育纠纷及仲裁观念转向实践的落实、体育行业自治和法治全球化等。By applying visualized analysis method and such, the authors studied the external characteristics, hot topics and development trends of sports arbitration research in China, and revealed the following findings: currently sports arbitration researchers in China locate intensively in the law colleges of some comprehensive universities, the contracting between highly productive authors is not close, disciplinary infiltration and differentiation is prominent;research hot topics tend to be the international sports arbitration area, localization research is not sufficiently focused on; the frontiers to be focused on in the future are the protection of athletes’ game participation qualification and rights, the execution of applying competitive sports dispute and arbitration conceptions in practice, the globalization of sports industry autonomy and governance etc.
