摘　　要：根据中级维修电工考试要求和学校对学生能力培养要求,该校设计并制作了X62W万能铣床模拟排故装置,并根据要求设置37个故障点。下面主要针对这37个故障点进行分析,对故障点的检修方法进行了总结,并提出了具体的注意事项。According to intermediate maintenance electrician examination requirements and the school to the student ability training requirements,our school design and production the X62W universal milling machine of simulation troubleshooting arrangement,and according to the requirements set up 37 troubleshooting points.This paper mainly aims at the 37 troubleshooting points analysis.The maintenance methods of troubleshooting points are summarized.And putting forward the concrete matters needing attention.
