摘　　要：用于动车、地铁等车辆转向架、钩缓连接系统、制动系统的铸钢件，内在要求和外观品质都较高。铸件大多为薄壁件，主体壁厚在10～25mm之间。在生产过程中出现裂纹、冷隔、气孔等铸造缺陷，根据酯硬化水玻璃自硬砂的工艺特点，通过采取相应的措施，生产出了合格的铸件。As important components of motor train and subway vehicle bogie system、coupler and draft gear system、 braking system, the inner and surface quality level of steel casting was higher. Most of them were thinwalled casting. The wall thickness of casting mainly was the range of 10 mm to 25 mm. In the production process some defects came out such as crack, cold shut, gas porosity. According to the technological characteristics of ester-cured sodium silicate sand,the corresponding measures are taken to produce qualified casting.
