太极拳和八段锦对不同中医证型乳腺增生病的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察乳腺增生病患者太极拳和八段锦锻炼前后不同中医证型的变化。方法:观察26例乳腺增生病患者分别进行太极拳和八段锦锻炼前后的证型及症状变化情况,记录症状、评分和乳腺B超BI-RADS分级。12周为1个疗程。结果:乳腺增生病患者在太极拳和八段锦锻炼前后的中医证型分布为:太极拳组:肝郁气滞型12例,痰瘀互结型1例,冲任失调型2例;八段锦组:肝郁气滞型11例,痰瘀互结型1例,冲任失调型1例。太极拳组锻炼前评分为(3.33±0.98)分,锻炼后评分为(2.50±1.51)分。八段锦组锻炼前评分为(3.45±0.93)分,锻炼后评分为(2.54±1.29)分。观察太极拳和八段锦锻炼前后对乳腺增生病BI-RADS分级,均为2级。结论:太极拳和八段锦对乳腺增生病的中医证型和BI-RADS分级无影响,肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病分别经太极拳和八段锦锻炼后乳房疼痛和肿块情况好转,提示太极拳和八段锦有助于提高肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病患者的生存质量。Objective: To observe the change of syndrome with patients of hyperplasia of the breast after practicing Taijiquan and Baduanjin. Methods: After practicing Taijiquan and Baduanjin, 26 cases of hyperplasia of the breast patients were observed by syndrome,scores and ultrasound, with a period of 12 weeks. Results: In Taijiquan Group, there were 12 cases of syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation, 1 case of turbid phlegm and blood stasis and 2 cases of Chong and Ren disorders. In Baduanjin Group, there were 11 cases of syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation, 1 case of turbid phlegm and blood stasis and 1 case of Chong and Ren disorders. The scores of Taijiquan Group before and after practicing Taijiquan were (3.33±0.98) and (2.50±1.51) respectively, The scores of Baduanjin Group before and after practicing Baduanjin were (3.45±0.93) and (2.54±1.29) respectively. BI-RADS of both groups were grade 2. Conclusion:The syndromes and BI-RADS grade of hyperplasia of the breast after practicing Taijiquan and Baduanjin had no changes. Either practicing Taijiquan or Baduanjin can relieve breast pain and swollen of patients of hyperplasia of the breast with syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation, which is helpful to improve the quality of life of those patients.
