摘 要:目的:观察白萝卜汤食疗预防腰椎术后腹胀的疗效。方法:将60例腰椎手术患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者腰椎术后给予常规的护理措施;观察组患者术后除常规的护理措施外,于术后6 h予白萝卜汤食疗;比较两组术后腹胀发生情况。结果:观察组术后腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠功能恢复时间显著早于对照组。结论:采用白萝卜汤食疗预防腰椎术后腹胀安全有效,术后肠功能恢复早,可降低全麻腰椎术后腹胀的发生率。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of white radish decoction on preventing abdominal distension after lumbar operation. Methods: 60 patients after lumbar operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing after operation, the observation group received diet therapy of white radish Decoction 6h after operation on the basis of the routine nursing, abdominal distension of two groups after operation was compared. Results:The abdominal distension rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05); The recovery time of bowel function of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group. Conclusion:The diet therapy of white radish decoction was safe and effective in preventing abdominal distension after lumbar operation, the recovery of bowel function was earlier and it could reduce the incidence of abdominal distension after lumbar operation in general anesthesia.
