浅析综合性护理措施应用于前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性护理措施应用于前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预效果。方法:选入对象为2014年7月—2015年10月我院就诊的75例前列腺炎患者,随机将患者分为常规性组和综合性组。常规性组应用常规性护理措施;综合性组应用综合性护理措施。评价:1满意度;2疾病知识掌握度、用药依从性、康复行为依从性、复诊依从性;3不良反应发生率。结果:1综合性组患者满意度显著比常规性组高,P<0.05;2综合性组疾病知识掌握度、用药依从性、康复行为依从性、复诊依从性显著比常规性组好,P<0.05;3综合性组不良反应发生率显著比常规性组低,P<0.05。结论:综合性护理措施应用于前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预效果确切,可有效提升患者对前列腺炎疾病知识的认知,提高用药、康复行为和复诊的依从性,减少并发症的发生,对护理的满意度高,值得推广。Objective: To explore the intervention effect of applying comprehensive nursing measures in treatment compliance of patients with prostatitis. Methods: 75 patients with prostatitis treated in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the comprehensive group. The conventional group received routine nursing measures and the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing measures. The following indexes were evaluated: ①Satisfaction; ② Disease knowledge mastering degree, medication compliance, compliance of rehabilitation act, referral compliance; ③Adverse reactionin cidence. Results: ①Satisfaction of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P<0.05; ② Disease knowledge mastering degree, medication compliance, compliance of rehabilitation act, referral compliance of the comprehensive group were significantly better than that of the conventional group, P<0.05; ③Adverse reaction incidence of the comprehensive group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing measures had good intervention effect in treatment compliance of patients with prostatitis, it could improve the patients’ disease knowledge mastering degree and enhance the medication compliance, compliance of rehabilitation act and referral compliance in addition to lessening the complications,it was of high satisfaction and was worthy of promotion.
