腰椎骨折患者疼痛的护理

摘　　要：目的:通过60例腰椎骨折患者的疼痛护理,总结腰椎骨折时各种疼痛的处理和护理方法,达到患者减轻疼痛的目的。使患者在无痛状态下接受治疗,转变那种疼痛时忍、用止痛药对身体不良的概念。方法:对临床60例腰椎骨折患者疼痛认真观察,评估,处理。结果:60例腰椎骨折患者疼痛的患者经过正确评估和处理后,82%的患者在无痛下接受治疗,18%在轻度疼痛下接受治疗,无1例转为慢性疼痛。结论:疼痛是一种不良刺激的感受,疼痛会引起心率加快、血压升高造成患者很多不适,使治疗效果降低,因此对腰椎骨折引起的各种疼痛用相应的手段进行干预使患者在轻度疼痛或无痛状态下进行治疗,使患者早日康复。Objective: To summarize the treatment and nursing methods of all kinds of pain in the treatment of lumbar vertebral fracture through pain nursing in 60 cases of lumbar fracture, and to achieve the purpose of reducing the pain of patients. To enable the patient to receive treatment in a painless state, to change the concept that patients should tolerate the pain and pain medication was bad.Methods: To observe, evaluate and treat the pain of 60 patients with lumbar fracture in clinic. Results: After the correct assessment and treatment of 60 cases of patients with lumbar fracture pain , 82% of the patients received treatment in painless state, 18% received treatment in mild pain, and there was no case converting to chronic pain. Conclusion: Pain was a feeling of undesirable stimulation, the pain would accelerate the heart rate, raise blood pressure and cause a lot of discomforts, which in turn reduced the therapeutic effect,therefore, applying corresponding means of intervention in the treatment of a variety of pain caused by lumbar vertebral fracture could promote the recovery of patients.
