半夏厚朴汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏厚朴汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分成试验组与对照组,试验组采用半夏厚朴汤联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察两组的疗效。结果:试验组的总有效率及愈显率分别为95.0%、65.0%,对照组分别为77.5%、37.5%。两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:半夏厚朴汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床有效。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Banxia Houpo decoction on cough variant asthma. Methods: 80 patientswere randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group; the experimental group was given the Banxia Houpo decoctionplus salmeterol assigned powder inhalation; the control group adopted salmeterol assigned powder inhalation. The curative effect in groups wasobserved. Results: The total efficiency and efficiency were 95.0% and 65.0% respectively; and those in the control group were 77.5% and 37.5%respectively, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Banxia Houpo decoction is effective on cough variant asthma.
