祛湿止痒组方联合达克宁栓治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛湿止痒中药组方联合达克宁栓剂治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效,为中西医结合治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎提供新的思路。方法:采用完全随机方法分组,将符合纳入标准的162例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者分为两组,治疗组82例,对照组80例;治疗组采用祛湿止痒组方配合达克宁栓剂治疗,对照组用达克宁栓剂治疗;观察两组患者临床疗效、复发率和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.62%,痊愈率为70.73%;对照组总有效率为81.25%,痊愈率为47.50%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(Z=5.255,P<0.001)。治疗组复发率为6.58%,较对照组复发率18.46%明显偏低(x2=4.665,P=0.031)。结论:祛湿止痒组方联合达克宁栓剂治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎临床疗效好,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore clinical effects of the Qushi Zhiyang prescription plus Miconazole nitrate suppository on recurrentmycotic vaginitis. Methods: 162 patients were divided into two groups by completely randomized method. There were 82 patients in thetreatment group and 80 patients in the control group. The treatment group were treated with the Qushi Zhiyang prescription plus Miconazolenitrate suppository. The control group was treated with Miconazole nitrate suppository. Results: The total efficiency and healing rate wererespectively 92.62% and 70.73% in the treatment group, and 81.25% and 47.50% in the control group. Clinical efficacy in treatment groupwas obviously better (Z=5.255, P<0.001). Recurrence rate in the treatment group was 6.58%, obviously lower than 18.46% in the controlgroup (x2=4.665, P=0.031). Conclusion: The Qushi Zhiyang prescription plus Miconazole nitrate suppository was effective on recurrentmycotic vaginitis, with lower recurrence, and worth applicating in clinic.
