小切口法治疗先天性副乳腺

摘　　要：目的:总结小切口切除及吸脂治疗先天性副乳腺的经验。方法:2008年1月至2014年1月,笔者采用小切口切除及吸脂治疗79例(158侧)副乳腺患者,对48侧经前无疼痛、B超未见明确腺体者行吸脂法去除,其余110侧行小切口切除法去除。结果:全部病例均I期愈合出院,无切口感染、裂开、术区血肿、皮瓣坏死等并发症发生,48侧吸脂者复发2侧、110侧小切口切除者复发2侧。结论:小切口切除法及吸脂法治疗先天性副乳腺安全、有效,美容效果好,可根据术前资料评估腺体情况而采用不同的方法治疗。Objective To summarize the experiences of the diagnosis and treatment of accessory axillary breast. MethodsFrom January 2008 to January 2014,we treat 79 cases(158 sides) of accessory axillary breast,48 sides with no premenstrual painor mammary glands in B-ultrasound taken liposuction,and the others 110 sides taken micro-incision resection. Results Therewere no severe complication occurred,2 sides of liposuction and 2 sides of micro-incision recurrenced. Conclusions Microincisionresection and liposuction are safe and effective methods for the treatment of accessory breast,different process shouldbe taken depending on the amount of mammary glands.
