摘　　要：目的:探索细胞移植诱导毛发再生模式,为毛囊细胞移植奠定实验基础。方法:利用酶消化法分离培养绿色荧光蛋白转基因鼠的表皮细胞和真皮细胞,分别进行体外培养扩增至第三代后注射移植入裸鼠皮下,观察其毛囊诱导能力。结果:表皮细胞移植无法诱导毛囊发育;真皮细胞移植仅诱导形成毛囊样结构;混合细胞移植能够诱导毛囊及毛干发育。结论:混合细胞培养可作为毛囊细胞体外培养模型,为毛囊细胞移植提供良好供体。Objective Exploring the mode of cell transplantation to inducing hair regeneration, for the experimental basisfor the hair follicle cells transplantation. Methods Cultivate epidermal cells and dermal cells of green fluorescent proteintransgenic mice by enzyme digestion method, then amplify in vitro respectively to the third generation. After that, transplantthe cells in nude mice by subcutaneously injecting, observe the hair follicle induction ability. Results Epidermal cellstransplantation could not induce hair follicle development; Dermal cells transplantation only induce formation of hair folliclestructure. Mixed cells transplantation can induce the hair follicle and hair shaft. Conclusion Mixed cells culture can be usedas hair follicle cells in vitro culture model, that providing a good donor for hair follicle cells transplantation.
