光动力和红蓝光治疗中、重度痤疮临床疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的：观察光动力和红蓝光治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效、不良反应及安全性。方法：采用随机、平行对照试验。将60例患者随机分为两组，每组30例。治疗组：光动力治疗，7～10d照射1次，3次为１个疗程；对照组：红蓝光联合治疗，先使用蓝光照射20min，3d后联合红光照射20min，每周各2次，连续4周为１个疗程。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，有效率有显著性差异（χ2=5.079，P＜0.05）。治疗结束后对红蓝光联合治疗组和光动力组分别随访1、3个月，红蓝光联合治疗组复发率显著高于光动力组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.356，P＜0.05；χ2=5.934，P＜0.05）。结论：光动力组的有效率显著高于红蓝光联合治疗组，光动力组复发率明显低于红蓝光联合治疗组，并且两组患者耐受性好，均未见明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse effect of PDT and red/blue light in acne treatment. MethodsRandomized and parallel trial was used in this study. All of the 60 patients were randomly assigned into two groups, PDTgroup(the treatment group) and red/blue light group (the control group). Each group was composed of 30 patients. The PDTgroup was treated every 7 - 10 days for 3 sessions. For the red/blue light group, blue light was given first for 20 minutes, andjoint red light of 20 minutes was irradiated 3 days later. This procedure was repeated twice a week for 4 weeks. Results Therewas significant difference of efficacy rate between the two groups (χ2=5.079, P <0.05). Recurrence rate of the treatment groupwas significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2=4.356, P <0.05; χ2=5.934, P <0.05; respectively). Conclusion Theclinical effect of PDT group is much better than that in the red/blue light group, and the recurrence rate of PDT group was lowerthan that in the red/blue light group. No obvious adverse reactions were found in either group.
