摘　　要：在切开重睑术中,不同的缝合方法会带来不同的美的效果。从最初的皮肤-睑板-皮肤的固定,到后来的睑板-真皮的缝合以及现在的睑板-提上睑肌腱膜-下唇部眼轮匝肌的缝合,虽然这些方法不尽相同,但缝合的最终目的都是使上睑皮肤与提上睑肌腱膜或睑板形成粘连,提上睑肌收缩时,睑板和与其粘连线以下的皮肤被提起,而粘连线以上的皮肤松弛、折叠形成皱襞,出现重睑。本文将介绍切开重睑术不同缝合方法的利与弊。In double eyelid surgery, different suture methods will cause differenteffects of beautiful.From fixed of the initialskin-tarsus-skin, to the later the suture of tarsus-dermis and skin,until now the suture of tarsus-levator-Orbicularis.While thesemethods vary, but the ultimate goal is to make the upper eyelid skin suture with levator aponeurosis or tarsus formation ofadhesions, following the tarsus's skin is lifted to block lines, and loose skin above the line, folded to form the folds appeareyelid. This article will describe the advantages and disadvantages of different suture methods of incision double eyelid surgery.
