摘 要:塑料薄壁制件结构复杂且制件的尺寸精度要求较高,通常对加工原料、生产工艺及模具结构要求较为苛刻。其中ABS树脂、聚烯烃材料等具有较好的流动性及较低的尺寸收缩率,可用于薄壁制品的加工。在传统加工过程中,仅依赖生产经验会造成生产成本高、生产效率低。计算机辅助设计(CAD)/计算机辅助工程(CAE)/计算机辅助制造(CAM)新兴的数控加工技术,建立在计算机科学基础上,同时融合了高分子学科中的流体力学、结构力学、量子力学等知识,通过计算机仿真可以实现材料的筛选、工艺和模具结构的优化。与传统加工技术相比,可以大幅降低生产成本、缩短生产周期、提高塑料制件的精度、减小塑料制件的缺陷。The structures of the thin-walled plastic products are complicated, and the materials and processing requirements of these products are more demanding, and the dimensions of the products require higher accuracy. The polymers as ABS and polyolefin possess excellent fluidity and low mold shrinkage, are suitable for processing of thin-walled products. During the traditional processing, experiences play dominant roles on the production, and cause low production effectives and high costs.Computer aided design (CAD)/computer aided engineering (CAE)/computer aided manufacturing (CAM) technology is a novel digital control machining technique, and demand the knowledge of fluid mechanics, structural mechanics and quantum mechanics.Through computer simulation, this technology can be used in combination for the design, structure performance prediction as well as the monitoring of machining process of the polymer material molding process and mold design and manufacture. The improved technology is promoted to decrease the cost and time of the production, increase the dimensional accuracy and reduce detects of the production.
