摘 要:方法采用文献资料法、归纳与演绎等研究方法,对体育教师胜任能力对体育与健康课程体系建构进行探究。结果体育教师胜任能力是体育教师专业的核心力,是实现课程体系结构目标重要基石,是完成优质教学质量的利器。体育教师胜任的好坏与学生参与课堂体育与课外锻炼频度呈正相关。结论体育教师胜任能力能深度诠释体育与健康课程目标,实现课程体系价值,促进课程体系结构匹配合理化,满足学生学习实际体育锻炼需求,提高学生体育活动参与度,提升体育健康素养。By the methods of Literature Review, Inductive and Deductive,On PE teacher's competent ability to explore the construction of curriculumsystem of physicaleducation and health,The results show that;physical.educationteachers competence is the core of PE teachers'professional ability,The cornerstone of Curriculum System Structure of objectives are achieved,Quality of teaching quality is to complete the weapon,Competent quality of PE Teachers and students.quencyof participation in classroom of physicaleducation andextracurricular exercise wasa positive correlation,conclusion;PE teachers' competence in depth explanation of PE and health curriculumgoal,Realize The Value.of Curriculum System.romoting the rationalization of course matches the architecture,meethe students' actual physical exerciseneeds,improve students' physical activity participation,improve health literacy.
