摘 要:该课题旨在揭示光合膜色素蛋白复合体棗光系统I捕光天线及核心复合体、细胞色素b6f复合物的结构与功能。通过多种光谱学技术研究光能的吸收传递和转化的量子机理,并通过获得膜蛋白晶体,在近原子或原子水平分辨率解析膜蛋白的空间结构,揭示光合作用的物质基础,更深刻地理解光合作用机理。该课题还将研究参与光合膜组装、光能转换和利用与功能调控有关的重要基因以及相应的蛋白的结构与功能,揭示光合作用中光抑制和光氧化调控的分子机理,为提高光能利用效率提供理论依据。The major goal of this project is to characterize the structure and function of the pigment-protein complexes fromthe photosynthetic membrane, including the light-harvesting complex I, the PSI core complex and the cytochrome b6f complex.A combination of multiple spectroscopies are used to study the quantum mechanism for the capture, transfer and conversionof light energy by the photosynthetic apparatus. To further understand the mechanism and to elucidate the physical basis ofphotosynthesis at the atomic or near-atomic level, high quality membrane protein crystals are expected for structuredetermination. The genes that are involved in the assembly of photosynthetic membrane, in the transfer and conversionmechanism of light energy, and in the regulation of photosynthesis function, are also investigated to reveal the molecularmechanisms of photoinhibition of the reaction center and photo-oxidation regulation. The study is to provide a theoretical basisfor improving the light energy conversion efficiency.
