摘　　要：随着我国3G/4G的广泛使用,可以运用无线通信技术高速传输图形图像、音频和视频,这就为移动在线学习的广泛开展奠定了基础。目前我国的远程教育已经发展了多年,教学管理平台发展迅猛。伴随着3G/4G的正式运营,根据3G/4G为基础开发的移动在线学习平台成为远程教育的重要环节。移动在线学习解决了只有教师面授才能听课的问题,为学生提供了可以在任何地方学习的环境。With 3G/4G is widely used in our country, Graphic images,audio and video can be high speed?transmitted use wirelesscommunication technology,so that solid foundation be laid for mobile online learning extensively developed.At present,china'sremote education has been developing for many years,teaching management platform development rapidly. Along with theformal operation of 3G/4G,the mobile online learning platform development on the basis of the 3G/4G become an importantlink in distance education.Mobile online learning solved the problem of the only listen to the teacher in the classroom,thusstudents can study in anywhere.
