摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜下全阑尾切除术的疗效。方法:收治急性阑尾炎患者39例,均采用腹腔镜下全阑尾切除术治疗。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,1例伴弥漫性腹膜炎的7岁小儿术后出现盆腔残余脓肿;1例12岁小儿术后出现脐部伤口轻度感染,给予相应治疗后均治愈。结论:腹腔镜下全阑尾切除术临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe under laparoscopic total appendectomy.Methods:39 patients with acute appendicitis wereselected,all of them were treated by under laparoscopic total appendectomy.Results:All patients were successfully completedsurgery.After surgery,a 7 years old child with general peritonitis appeared pelvic residual abscess.1 case of 12 years old childrenwith mild infection of the umbilical wound after operation.All patients were cured after corresponding treatment.Conclusion:Theclinical effect of under laparoscopic total appendectomy is good.
