摘　　要：目的:观察经伤椎椎弓根置钉椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的疗效。方法:收治胸腰椎骨折患者70例,随机分为研究组和对照组,对比两组患者的手术时间、并发症发生率和治疗满意度调查。结果:手术时间和并发症发生率,研究组要少于对照组;研究组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:通过将经伤椎椎弓根置钉椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折患者可以增加前中柱的稳定性,促进骨性融合以及恢复伤椎体的高度,减少内固定导致的松动、断裂和塌陷,提高手术效果和手术安全性。Objective:To observe the effect of screw placement through the pedicle of fractured vertebrae combined with vertebralbody bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:70 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were seleted.Theywere randomly divided into the study group and the control group.We compared the two groups of patients with the operation time,the incidence of complications and treatment satisfaction survey.Results:The operation time and complication rate of the studygroup were less than those of the control group.The treatment satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the controlgroup,and the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The stability of anterior middle column can beincreased by screw placement through the pedicle of fractured vertebrae combined with vertebral body bone graft ofthoracolumbar fracture,which can promote the bone fusion and restore the height of the injured vertebral body,reduce theloosening,fracture and collapse caused by internal fixation,and improve the operation effect and safety.
