摘　　要：目的:总结经输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术围手术期的护理体会。方法:对120例输尿管上段结石、肾结石患者行经尿道、输尿管软镜钬激光碎石手术,总结术前、术中及术后的护理要点及经验。结果:120例患者均顺利完成手术经过精心护理,显效72例,有效41例,无效7例。结论:建立良好的护患沟通,护士密切配合完成围手术期护理,可保证手术的顺利进行,保障了医疗护理安全。Objective:To summarize the flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy perioperative nursing experience.Methods:120 cases of upper ureteral calculi and kidney stones were treated by flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Thepreoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing points and experience were summarized.Results:120 patients weresuccessfully completed operation after careful nursing.72 cases were markedly effective;41 cases were effective;7 cases wereineffective.Conclusion:Establishing good communication between nurses and patients,nurses work closely with perioperativenursing of completion to ensure smooth operation,guarantee the health care safety.
