摘  要:商圈是区域经济发展过程中的产业聚集现象。高铁车站建成之后,大量关联密切的商业企业在高铁车站及其周边空间上的聚集形成城市高铁商圈。对城市高铁商圈进行区位、功能、规模、客流、业态和辐射力的动态性分析和比较,判断不同城市高铁商圈的发育程度,可以调整和优化城市内部空间结构,指导城市高铁商圈运营,从而促进城市高铁商圈的可持续发展。Commercial circle is a phenomenon of industrial agglomeration in the process of regional economic development. After the completion of the high-speed rail station, a large number of interconnected commercial enterprises gathering in the high-speed rail station and its surroundings with the formation of the city’s HSR Commercial circle. The dynamic analysis and comparison of the characteristics of the city’s HSR Commercial circle, including its function, scale,passenger flow, business type and its radiation force as well, which can help judge the development degree of different cities’ commercial circles, also can help adjust and optimize urban internal spatial structure, guiding the operation of city’s HSR Commercial circle, thereby promoting sustainable development of city’s HSR Commercial circle.
