小儿牛黄清心散辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿牛黄清心散治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择5个月～3岁的支气管肺炎患儿200例，随机分为2组，各100例。对照组患儿给予常规抗感染、止咳化痰，解痉平喘，退热等综合治疗。治疗组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用小儿牛黄清心散，连服7d。观察记录并比较两组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、啰音消失时间、住院时间等及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组显效率及总有效率分别为80%、95%，对照组分别为58%、86%，两组患儿的显效率及总有效率差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论小儿牛黄清心散治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效肯定，安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of pediatric niuhuangqingxin powder on children with bronchopneumonia. Methods200 children aged between 5months and 3 years with bronchopneumonia were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,100 cases in each group. The control group received the regular therapy of anti-infection, cough phlegm, spasmolysis and ashtma, antifebrile and othercomprehensive treatment, and the treatment group received continous 7-days pediatric niuhuangqingxin powder addtionally. We observed the changes ofsymptoms and the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group are respectively 80%,95%, while thecontrl group are respectively 58%,86%.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The time of antifebrile, cough and gasp, rale disappearanceand hospital stays in treatment group were obviously shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Therewas no serious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion The pediatric niuhuangqingxin powder showed significant effect on children with bronchopneumoniawith better cure rate and safety for children.
