摘 要:由于软土自身的蠕变现象对计算实际工程中的建筑沉降存在着较大的影响,笔者通过运用Plaxis软件中的软土蠕变和摩尔库伦模型来模拟分析由建筑荷载引起的地面沉降的规律.研究表明,软土的蠕变特性会延长超孔隙水压力的消散时间,故软土的沉降问题不能单以超孔隙水压力的消散作为衡量的标准,还应考虑土体自身蠕变引起的沉降.通过两种模型计算结果对比可知,软土蠕变模型比摩尔库伦模型更加适合滨海新区软黏土地基沉降的计算,能够更好地反映出软黏土的蠕变特性,而且模型中应用到的参数获取方法相对比较简单.Because soft soil creep phenomenon has a large influence on the calculating the actual project construction settlement,this arcticle simulate analysis of the law of surface subsidence caused by architectural loads has been obtained by using the soft soil creep and Mohr Coulomb model in PLAXIS software.The research shows that,Creep characteristics of soft soil will be extended excess pore water pressure dissipation time.So soft soil settlement problem can not be solely on the dissipation of excess pore water pressure as a measure of the standard,and we should also consider the settlement caused by soil creep itself.When it is compared with the calculation results of the Mohr Coulombmodel,The soft soil creep model is better applied in calculateing settlement of soft clay foundation of Binhai New Areaand which can reflect the creep characteristics of soft clay better.Furthermore,the method to obtain the parameters of the model is relatively simple.
