摘  要:本文介绍了以STC12C5608AD为核心的矿用电动机综合保护器的软硬件设计。通过信号采集与处理电路对电流电压进行处理,经微处理器分析运算,实现了对电动机各类故障的实时检测与保护,可以记录故障发生类型、时间和次数,具有RS485通信功能。The paper introduced the design of the hardware and software of a kind of comprehensive protector ofmine motor which used STC12C5608AD as core control chip. The voltage and current are processed by the signalacquisition and processing circuit,and by a microprocessor to analyze, to achieve the function of real-time detectionand protection of all kinds of motor fault information, meanwhile it can record the fault types, time and frequency.Protector also has RS-485 communication function.
