摘  要:金工实习连接着大学生的理论学习和实践认识,尤其对工程应用可谓是不可或缺的教学培养环节。以太原理工大学的金工实习教学为例,分析了目前存在的一切主要客观问题进行了改革策略探讨。要加强各工种之间的联系,构建实验教学新模式;要构建综合实习效果考核体系,保证学习效率的可量化;通过优化课堂教学和强化参观实习来提高学生认知;学校重视金工实习,通过毕业设计和校企合作来增进实习的多样性。使金工实习能够跟进现代工业的发展,高效的提高学生和工程实践能力。The metalworking practice connected to theoretical study and practice of college students,especially forthe engineering application,which is an indispensable link to teach. With the metalworking practice teaching of Taiyuanuniversity of technology,the existing main objective problems all discussed reform strategy is analyzed. To strengthen theconnection between the different work and build new experimental teaching mode;to build comprehensive practice effectevaluation system and ensure that the learning efficiency can be quantified;by optimizing the classroom teaching andstrengthening practice to improve students' cognitive;the school attaches great importance to the metalworking practice,through the graduation design and university-enterprise cooperation to enhance the diversity of practice. The enablemetalworking practice to follow up the development of modern industry can efficiently improve the students' ability andengineering practice.
