摘　　要：中国古琴艺术在历史上不仅具有广泛文化影响,而且是古代精神活动在音乐上的重要体现。通过五音来养生修行,琴能养疾,调畅情志。以弹奏古琴能养生的实例和理论依据讲叙古琴对养生的作用。Chinese Guqin art in history not only has extensive cultural influence,and is the important embodiment ofthe ancient spiritual activities in music. The fifth to health practice,can raise the organ disease,regulating emotion. By playingthe Guqin health examples and theoretical basis about the effect on the health ofQin syria.
